The location was great, just a short walk from the Vatican and the city center. the room was clean and comfortable and the service was satisfactory. the breakfast was decent, with coffee and croissants.
There was no kitchen available to use, and some of the promised facilities were not provided.

This hotel was conveniently located near several popular tourist attractions. the Christmas decorations were very nice and created a festive atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful when asked for directions.
The room was quite disappointing. the bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, which detracted from our overall experience.

The room was cleaned daily, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The location was great, with plenty of nearby attractions to see and things to do. Best of all, the room had a cozy and warm ambience that was perfect for the Christmas holidays.
There was no kettle or mugs, and we had to go elsewhere to get some coffee. the room felt slightly cramped and claustrophobic due to the limited view.
